This is especially true during the country’s election period, wherein voters have access to these findings through different media outlets and online resources such as blogs and social networking websites. It is also said that election related surveys are a reflection of the different issues that concern most voters when it comes to choosing a political candidate. Not too long ago, I was a graduate fresh out of college. Despite the many ups and downs of my education, I was able to finish it with flying colors. After a short wait, I landed a marketing assistant position at the school that I graduated in. However, not all of my batchmates got a job that easily. Some had to wait for months before getting an offer. A friend of mine even had to wait for more than a year before he found a job.

I know that I’m a bit late on blogging about this food trend, but I can’t help it. I loooove soft serve frozen yogurt.
Before I had my first cup of soft serve fro-yo, my preferred frozen dessert staples were limited to McDonald’s vanilla sundae cone, gelato, frozen jelly anything, and frozen fruit. These desserts are pretty good especially in this season’s sweltering heat. However, I wanted a different kind of cold dessert recently. It all stemmed from my Yakult obsession when I was trying to lose weight. Afterwards, I looked for that sweet and tart taste everywhere from lemon sorbets to calamansi shakes. Frozen yogurt was the only thing that gave just right blend of sweetness and tartness.I loved the fact that it was as creamy as vanilla ice cream but without the nakakaumay effect. Plus, the dessert worked especially well with luscious fruits.

a few months ago, I watched the Top Ten Favorite Pinoy Street Foods in QTV 11’s Ang Pinaka. You could just imagine me drooling over those delectable goodies, especially white corn. For these past days, I’ve been experiencing a serious craving for its gooey, starchy texture that’s really nice to chew on. Eating white corn reminds me of Los Banos as well as my after school breaks with blockmates and chorale members over at the Yazaki-Torres factory in front of Lyceum of the Philippines – Laguna (then LIT). My white corn hunger pangs got even worse when I realized I can’t go home last weekend.
